Notice for operation of baozi machine:
1. Open the cover plate of the die plate, and add a small amount of smooth oil or grease between the blades.
2. Turn on the power supply (there must be grounding protection) and check the positive and negative rotation, close the switches of each part to let the machine run without air, and check whether each department is abnormal.
3, when trying to do, first close the molding switch, then seal the conditioning surface pump switch, put the kneaded noodles into the bucket until the hollow is made of hollow buns, then adjust the filling section button, make the number of the first name leather according to the proportion of the request, and close the surface pump switch.
4. Close the stuffing pump switch, put the stuffing into the stuffing bucket, and let the stuffing come out from the head of the machine until the stuffing is full of the stuffing pump.
5. When the stuffing column is shaped by the mold plate to produce a complete steamed bun, through the process of conditioning (for stuffing conditioning), the steamed bun reaches the required size and the ratio of skin to stuffing.
