Low Price Farm Tractor Usage Digging Trenchers/3 Point Hitch Skid Steer

Product Description

Chain trencher is a kind of trenching machine used in earthwork construction. It is similar to excavator in many ways. It has the functions of soil penetration, soil crushing and soil borrowing. The difference lies in the continuous operation of ditching function, high ditching efficiency and small surface damage. It is very suitable for farmland irrigation, pipeline laying, orchard planting and harvesting, agricultural planting and harvesting, etc. Even under hard geological conditions such as bricks and stones, grooves with neat shape and consistent specifications can be opened. The ditching machine is very suitable for agriculture and engineering because of its neat shape, loose soil, unified depth and symmetrical width. In agriculture, it is very suitable for farmland irrigation, pipeline laying, orchard management, crop planting and harvest, etc. In terms of engineering, it is very suitable for ditching along stone, highway, road rock, concrete pavement, frozen soil, etc.
Purpose of chain trencher:
1. Furrow and fertilization of fruit forest, deep loosening and harvesting of yam.
2. Trench excavation of curb, courtyard wall, garden and other fence foundation in urban construction and highway construction
3. Dig trenches and bury pipes, cables, optical cables, etc.
Features of chain trencher:
1. Simple structure and convenient operation.
2. High efficiency, adjustable ditching depth and width.
3. It is used together with the tractor, which can adapt to different soil operations. It can be removed when not in use, without affecting other uses of the tractor.
Precautions for chain trencher operation:
1. During normal walking, the rear crawling gearbox is placed in the neutral position, and its own gear can be used during walking.
2. The machine dealer of the buried pipe ditching machine said that when the machine ditching, its own traveling gear should be placed in the neutral position, and the output should be turned to open the ditch after use. It should be slowly lowered to the required depth, so that the rear creeping gear box can work with the first gear (the depth is greater than 1m). If the depth is less than 1m, it can choose the second or third gear.
3. It is strictly prohibited to use the self-propelled gear when trenching, because the speed of the self-propelled gear is too fast to meet the speed requirements of trenching, while the speed of the creeping gear is 0.8-1m per minute to reach the ideal speed for trenching. Therefore, it is different from the speed of the self-propelled creeping gearbox, so it should be used separately. If it is mixed.
